This has a mellow mood, reminds me of coxi's Rue de Sucre street shot... There is just such a good feeling or an interesting mood coming from the streets and the lights... Though I have nowhere near as beautiful of a place as Europe or the remainder of the world to photograph... :(

Dope shot, dude. No advanced critiquing here, sorry. I miss Winchester sometimes...though I can't say I recognize this building...but I'm assuming by the "540" that this is indeed Winchester, VA. Well, woot for someone else from Winchester representing the arts.
